In these countries, a kind of ‘lockdown’ was imposed on all online services including airlines, banking, health and emergency services, media, social media. 911 service in America stopped working. Due to the breakdown of online services, aviation services across the world started getting disrupted. 147 flights were cancelled in India and America. Due to the server breakdown, the broadcasting service of Britain’s Sky News had to be stopped.

It is being said that this flaw in Microsoft’s Cloudstrike came after updating its servers. Microsoft’s services are used in 80 percent of the computers and laptops around the world. This technical flaw has had a huge impact in America. All kinds of internet services including banking system and social media have collapsed here. Even emergency services like 911 have been affected in America.

Flights from Berlin Airport have been suspended till 1.30 pm. The airport authority said that check-in has been stopped due to technical fault. Not only this, London Stock Exchange is not able to function due to disruption in services. In America, big airlines like American Airlines, Delta, United have reportedly grounded their planes.
