For the first time in weeks, former President Donald Trump was ahead of Vice President Kamala Harris in one of the most watched national polls — raising the prospect that his momentum has slowed ahead of the debate.
Trump leads Harris 48% to 47% among likely voters nationally, according to one New York Times/Siena College Poll.
