Many cases have come to light in which sometimes something wrong has come in the food or the customer has complained about the behavior of the delivery agent. Recently, once again a similar case has come to light in which an ‘Ola Foods’ customer named Aman Birendra Jaiswal captured the delivery agent’s actions on camera.
Entrepreneur Aman has shared this video on his Instagram account in which the delivery agent and another person with him are sitting on a bike parked in the parking lot and eating French fries. As soon as Aman reaches with the camera, he says- what is it? To this Aman says- these are my fries, whatever you are eating. The delivery agent says- yes then do whatever you want to do. Aman says- won’t you bring the order? These are my orders. The agent says- so what should I do? Then Aman says- then why didn’t you bring it? After this the video ends.
In the caption of the video, Aman tagged Ola Cab and wrote- ‘Your delivery partners are working like this. First he said that I should give him 10 rupees extra to bring the order. First I refused and then said- okay come, then he came after 45 minutes and now I see him here eating my order. What is Suniya saying?’

Since being posted online, the video has gone viral and has been viewed over 2 million times. People are also commenting on it a lot. One user in the comments section said, “This is the reason why Ola, Ola Cabs is going down losing people’s trust.” Another suggested, “Always keep cash on delivery in late night orders. This is very important.”
Another said- ‘Ola is in the same situation, my order was also delayed. On asking, the delivery boy said- I am overburdened, I have 5 orders. Another user said- This does not happen. Last night I went to sleep after ordering food from Zomato. The delivery agent waited at my door for 45 minutes. When I realized my mistake, I gave him extra money.
