3. Exercise
Do a 20-30 minute workout every day. This includes cardio and strength training. Doing this speeds up metabolism, burns calories and leads to fat loss.

4. Avoid eating sweets
Avoid eating sweets as much as possible, which includes pastries and sweet food. Doing this keeps the weight under control.

5. Plan your meals and snacks
Prepare healthy meals and snacks for your day. By doing this we get a balanced diet full of nutrition.
