Did Sandip Ghosh also play a role in tampering with crime scene and evidence? CBI investigation revealed these things about Kolkata incident

An important hearing is going on in the Supreme Court today regarding the Kolkata rape-murder case. Meanwhile, Aaj Tak is making a big revelation in this case of brutality with the lady trainee doctor. The clues and evidences found by the CBI so far in this case do not confirm gang rape.

According to the forensic report and CCTV evidence, so far only Sanjay Roy’s involvement in the rape and murder case has been confirmed. The CBI’s status report states that the college’s former principal Sandip Ghosh has committed a lapse in the case.

The CBI investigation has revealed that there has been lapses on the part of sacked principal Sandip Ghosh. The central investigating agency has found evidence that the crime scene was tampered with later, which points towards tampering with the crime scene and evidence. Not only this, the CBI has admitted that there has been lapses on the part of the hospital authorities in handling the case with sensitivity.

Apart from this, the CBI believes that despite knowing all the protocols in such cases, the hospital authorities, especially the dismissed principal Dr. Sandeep Ghosh, failed to fully secure the crime scene. The then principal of the college Sandeep Ghosh did not act proactively even after being informed about the murder. In such a situation, the sword of arrest is also hanging on Sandeep Ghosh.

The renovation work going on in the hospital is also under the purview of the CBI’s investigation. Sandeep Ghosh is being questioned on this basis. The delay in filing the FIR is also under the purview of the CBI’s investigation. The central investigating agency is also investigating the deadline given by the Kolkata Police.

Only one person is involved in the murder and rape case
The CBI has seen the forensic report. The investigation so far has revealed that Sanjay Roy raped and then murdered the victim. DNA findings have also confirmed Sanjay Roy’s involvement. The CBI has also seen CCTV footage, which indicates that the crime was committed by Sanjay Roy. The CBI has also seen the autopsy report.

So far, it appears to be a case of rape and murder and not gangrape. However, the CBI has not yet completed its investigation on the involvement of other people and the theory of gangrape. The CBI may take the help of independent forensic report experts to get a final opinion on this.
