DDA Housing Scheme launched, Know where are how many flats, what is the price, when will booking start?

If you want to buy a house in Delhi, then the housing scheme of Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has been launched. Right now DDA has given information only about the middle class housing scheme 2024 and DDA Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024. Information about the ‘cheap house’ scheme has not been revealed yet. Under the ‘cheap house’ scheme, a house will be given for Rs 11.50 lakh.

Currently, customers will get flats under two schemes. The price of which ranges from Rs 29 lakh to Rs 5.19 crore. Registration for these flats will start from August 22, and booking of flats will start from September 10. This scheme will remain open till March 31, 2025.

According to DDA, the registration fee for applying for flats under these schemes will be Rs 2500, while the booking amount for EWS category flats will be Rs 50 thousand, Rs 4 lakh for MIG and Rs 10 lakh for HIG.

Actually, all these flats are ready and the buyers can buy them and start living here immediately.

First of all, let us give you information about the ‘Middle Class Housing Scheme 2024. Under this scheme, there are 5,531 flats of HIG, MIG, LIG ​​and EWS categories in Jasola, Loknayakpuram and Narela. Their starting price is Rs 29 lakh, while the price of 89 HIG flats in Jasola ranges from Rs 2.08 crore to Rs 2.18 crore.
