On Saturday, a young girl went to Thane police station to lodge a complaint against her father. While registering the case, she said that her father had beaten her badly. He beat her with an iron rod so badly that she got badly injured. Her father was angry about her love affair. That is why he beat her.
Assistant Police Inspector Sampat Fadol said that after the girl filed the case, the police took action and arrested the accused. The accused has been charged under the Indian Penal Code for kidnapping and beating the girl.
Dragged away from boyfriend and taken in an autorickshaw
The girl said that on Friday morning she was sitting somewhere with her boyfriend in Domivali. Then her father and another man came there. After this, they dragged the daughter from there and forcibly made her sit in an autorickshaw and took her away.
Beaten with an iron rod at home
The victim said that they forcibly took her home and tied her up and beat her up. After this, she was beaten up with an iron rod. Due to this, the girl’s hand and leg got broken and she was badly injured. After this, she was admitted to the hospital. The girl is 21 years old. Now she has lodged a case against her father in the police station.
