According to PTI, Delhi’s Irrigation and Flood Control Minister Saurabh Bhardwaj said on Tuesday after reviewing the preparations to deal with the flood situation that the water level of Yamuna is rising due to the release of water into the river from Hathinikund Barrage in Haryana. The water level of the river at the Old Railway Bridge (ORB) has reached 204.35 meters. Bhardwaj said that the warning level is 204.5 meters. He said that currently about 10,000 to 13,000 cusecs of water is being released from Hathinikund Barrage.
