In UP’s Kannauj, along with former block pramukh Nawab Singh Yadav, who is in jail in the case of raping a minor, his relatives are also facing troubles. The Tirwa tehsil administration has pasted a notice regarding the construction of a part of cold storage on the land of the village society. Along with this, a warning has been given to vacate the land within a week, otherwise it has been said in the notice that the land will be vacated forcefully.
Actually, there is a cold storage named Banke Bihari in Balnapur village in Thathiya police station area of Tirwa tehsil area. This cold storage is in the name of Arvind son of Rajaram. Tirwa tehsil administration has pasted a notice on it.
It is written in this notice that Gata number 29/0.045 is registered in Usar, which is a government land. You have occupied it by constructing a boundary wall of cold storage. Therefore, notice is given to you to vacate the land within 7 days, otherwise the possession will be vacated forcefully.

Former block pramukh Nawab Singh Yadav is in jail in the case of raping a teenager. It is being said that this cold storage belongs to Nawab Singh’s relative. There is a possibility that Nawab Singh Yadav’s money is invested in it.
What did the SDM say regarding the entire matter?
In this case, Tirwa SDM Ashok Kumar told on the phone call that Arvind son of Rajaram owns Shri Banke Bihari Cold Storage, in which construction has been done on government land by occupying 450 square meters of land, for which he has been given a notice of 7 days to vacate the illegal occupation. He also told that this cold storage belongs to a relative of Nawab Singh Yadav.
