Actually, this order has been given against councillor Bobby for contesting the elections on the basis of fake documents.
According to the information, Varuna Dhaka, who was a Congress candidate, had accused Bobby Kinnar that councilor Bobby Kinnar contested and won the election on the basis of fake documents, after which she approached the court regarding this matter and now the court has given its decision regarding this matter which is going to increase the problems for councilor Bobby Malik.

Actually, Delhi Municipal Corporation elections were held in the year 2022, in which Aam Aadmi Party won. During the election, Aam Aadmi Party made Bobby Kinnar its candidate from ward number 43 A of Sultanpur Majra assembly, while Congress fielded Varuna Dhaka from this seat. AAP candidate Bobby Kinnar won this election, while Congress’s Varuna Dhaka stood second. In this case, Varuna Dhaka had alleged that Bobby Kinnar contested this election on the basis of fake documents, for which she approached the court.
