YouTuber Elvish Yadav is constantly in the headlines. He has been in the limelight since winning Bigg Boss OTT 2. But the controversy arose when his name came up in the Cobra scandal. Elvish was questioned for 8 hours on Tuesday in the snake venom supply case. In the Lucknow office, ED questioned Elvish about his bank accounts, foreign trips, income tax returns, luxury lifestyle.
According to information received from sources, Elvish gave evasive answers. He remained silent on many questions. He said that he did not know the facts. It is believed that ED will again summon Elvish Yadav for questioning. For which a notice will be issued.

1. ED asked that from where did they get the snakes? Who all are connected to this network. Elvish Yadav did not answer this.
2. ED questioned Elvish about his bank accounts, foreign travel, property, income tax returns, expensive cars. The YouTuber said that social media is a source of income.
3. ED placed the documents taken from Social YouTube India in front of Elvish Yadav and inquired about the transactions.
4. ED also sought information about where the snakes used in the song of Rahul Yadav alias Fazilpuria, a singer close to Elvish Yadav, were procured from. It also asked what role Elvish played in this. He refused to give detailed information.
5. ED also said that permission was not taken to use snakes in this song. Then where were they brought from? Elvish said that he did not have any information about this.
6. ED showed Elvish the WhatsApp chat of his close friends in which they are talking about snakes. Elvish believes that it is a normal conversation and has nothing to do with smuggling.
7. ED also questioned Elvish about snake smuggling and distribution of soft poison in rave parties. In response to this, he said that he goes to these parties but does not know how it is arranged there.

ED started the interrogation on Tuesday morning at around 11:30 am. Earlier, ED had called Elvish for interrogation on July 8. Then Elvish had informed that he was abroad. It is known that officials of former MP Maneka Gandhi’s organization People for Animals had filed a case against Elvish in Noida accusing him of smuggling snakes, which is also being investigated by ED.
