Kangana also spoke openly about political career, Karan Johar, boycott of the industry, Chirag Paswan and PM Narendra Modi. Kangana told how she got the first film of her career ‘Gangster’. Kangana told- Anurag Basu had made the hit film ‘Murder’ before ‘Gangster’. After this, he was looking for a new actress for the new film. I was giving a lot of auditions at that time.

“I went to his Juhu studio to give the audition. Anurag was also there. He told me that he had found my photos. Then he asked me to do a couple of things. Like act out a drunk scene, made me recite a dialogue, then asked me to cry, then made me recite a couple of more dialogues. After that he sent me home. A few days later I got a call. Then he told me that I have been finalised.”

“I was happy. Then after a few days Anurag called again. He told me that I have lost my job. He said that Bhatt sahab is not agreeing. He says that the girl is too young for this role. Anurag told me that Chitrangada has got my role. But then Anurag called me after a few days. He again told me that I have got my job back because Chitrangada is not picking up his calls.”

As per the news that Anurag saw me in a cafe, let me tell you that this news is false. This is a PR story. Anurag just wanted to launch me. So many things get said before the release of the film.
