Chirag Paswan’s car ran at overspeed in Bihar, challan issued

In Bihar, Union Minister Chirag Paswan’s car was issued an automatic challan at the toll plaza due to over speeding. The challan of the Union Minister’s car created a stir in the transport department. However, the RTO said that if any deficiency is found in the documents of the vehicles or the vehicle is over speeding, then an automatic challan will be issued. Chirag Paswan has said that the fine will be paid.

In fact, the Transport Department in Bihar has started an automatic E-Detection System to enforce traffic rules and impose fines, in which automatic challan will be issued to those who break traffic rules and this new e-challan system has been started from August 18. In this new system, state-of-the-art cameras have been installed on many national highways of Bihar, which take pictures of the number plates of the vehicles passing through here and send the challan directly to the registered mobile number of the vehicle owner if the vehicle fails to test for fitness, pollution and insurance or is caught over speeding.

The District Transport Officer said that this is an e-detection system. The government has just decided that it has been installed at toll plazas. It automatically issues challans. If the vehicle is driven properly, the vehicle papers are in order, and the seat belt is worn, it will work automatically. The vehicle number is marked in it and the challan goes to the registered number of the vehicle owner.
