Mallikarjun Kharge alleged that the RSS people have taken over the institutions of the country, to which Chairman Dhankhar objected and said that the RSS organization is engaged in serving the country. It serves the people selflessly and criticizing such an organization is against the Constitution. Dhankhar said that the RSS has the right to contribute and participate in the development of the country.

Chairman’s objection to Kharge’s remarks
On this, Chairman Dhankhar silenced him and asked whether being a member of an organization is a crime. Dhankhar said that you are using words like occupation, which is not correct. You are saying that an organization has occupied it, which is absolutely wrong. He said that RSS is an organization that is working in the national interest. You are speaking against the Constitution, which I cannot allow.
After this, uproar started in the House and many opposition parties including BSP, BJD walked out of the House.
