A shameful incident has come to light in Udupi, Karnataka. Here a girl was kidnapped and raped. After getting information about this incident, the police team reached the spot and took stock of the situation. The police have registered a case against the accused and started investigating the matter.
According to the information, this incident is from Karkala in Udupi. Here the victim girl met a young man named Altaf through Instagram. Altaf called the girl to meet him. After this, he took the girl in the car and raped her.
After committing the crime, the accused Altaf was going to drop the girl. At that time, local Hindu activists stopped the car. The girl was in an inebriated state in the car.

Angry activists informed the police officials about this matter. As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot and took stock of the situation. The police admitted the girl to a government hospital for treatment. When the girl was admitted to the hospital, it was suspected that this could be a case of rape. After this, Hindu activists gathered outside the police station and started demanding action in the case.
After the protest by the activists, the police have registered a rape case based on the statement of the victim’s parents. It is alleged that Altaf, with the help of his two friends, gave the girl intoxicants. After this, he raped her. Later, the accused was going to drop the girl near her house. At present, further action is being taken on the basis of the victim’s testimony.
