‘Bring criminals and earn money…’, UP Police’s plan to catch liquor smugglers!

‘Whoever wants money, get the criminals arrested and get a reward of Rs. 75,000. Whoever wants money, get the criminals to surrender at the police station or bring them to the police station and get a reward of Rs. 25,000.’ The SHO of Maniyar police station in UP (Ballia) explained this to hundreds of villagers by calling them to the Ram Janaki temple. They were also made to take an oath that they will neither make liquor nor allow it to be sold. A case will also be registered against the owner of the land on which liquor is made.

In fact, in a meeting organised by the police at Ram Janaki temple in Kakarhatta of Maniyar police station area of ​​Ballia, Maniyar SHO Ratnesh Kumar Dubey administered oath to hundreds of villagers to stop liquor and cow smuggling. During this, he said that take an oath by raising both hands that you will not allow liquor to be made in this area. Not only this, after administering the oath, he also clapped.

Police had called a meeting in the temple

The Pradhan representative present in the police meeting said that the police had called a meeting in the temple, in which hundreds of villagers were present. The police made them take an oath in the name of God to stop liquor and cow smuggling. In which it was said that they will neither make liquor nor allow it to be sold. It was also told in the meeting that a case will be registered against the person on whose land liquor is made.
