Main accused of Hathras incident arrested

However, his lawyer claims that the main accused Devprakash Madhukar surrendered in Delhi. At the same time, Hathras SP has rejected the surrender. He said, UP Police has arrested Devprakash Madhukar by raiding and surrounding him. Let us tell you, Madhukar was absconding since the Hathras incident.
