BJP, BJP changed the state presidents and in-charges of many states late on Thursday night. These include Bihar, Rajasthan, Assam, Tamil Nadu, Tripura and two union territories. BJP has appointed Bihar Legislative Council member Dilip Jaiswal as the state president of Bihar.

Along with this, Rajya Sabha MP Madan Rathore has been made the state president of Rajasthan. Apart from this, the in-charges of Assam, Chandigarh, Tamil Nadu, Tripura and Lakshadweep have been changed.
CP Joshi had offered to resign
