In Araria, a young man was brutally beaten up on the charge of theft. After this, his hands were tied with a rope and chilli powder was poured into his private parts. The video of this inhuman act is going viral. After the political uproar started on this incident, the police has also taken action.
Araria police has called the treatment meted out to the victim in this incident inhuman. Along with this, they have identified the people who did this in the viral video and arrested three people. Earlier on Tuesday, the police had arrested two accused. In this way, five accused have been arrested so far.

After the arrest of the accused, the police has appealed to people not to share such videos on social media. Because doing so hurts the self-respect of the victim. The police said that in future if anyone shares this video or any such video on social media, action will be taken against him as well.

In this video from Araria, some people are seen tying the hands of a man, removing his pants and putting chilli powder in his private parts. Police say that this act is so inhuman that anyone can get disturbed after watching this video. After examining the video, the district police registered a case and started investigation. In this sequence, five people who were seen doing inhuman acts in the video have been arrested.
