In Begusarai, Bihar, within five days, a video of another sub-inspector of the same police station taking bribe went viral. After the video surfaced, the district SP has suspended the accused policeman.
Not only this, SP Manish has suspended the accused sub-inspector Ajay Kumar Singh with immediate effect and has started departmental action. Actually, sub-inspector Ajay Kumar Singh working in Balia police station of Begusarai had demanded a bribe of Rs 2000 from a person named Ram Bhajju Yadav in the name of making a character certificate. After this, the video of keeping the bribe money on a rack inside the room went viral.
In fact, Rambhajju had gone to Ajay Kumar Singh, a sub-inspector posted at Ballia police station, to get his character certificate made, after which the sub-inspector demanded Rs. 2000 for it and said that work cannot be done without service.
On this Rambhajju told him that he has got a job today, after this he took out the money and started giving it. Ajay Kumar told him to give the money with his right hand and later the victim put the money on the rack. This incident is said to be of the month of May but its video went viral on 24th July.
After the video went viral, the SP took action and suspended the accused inspector. Let us tell you that earlier, a video of Inspector Dhananjay Pandey working in Ballia police station taking money went viral on July 22. He was also suspended by the SP on July 23.
Now within 5 days, the video of another sub-inspector of the same police station taking bribe went viral after which the SP took this action. The news of suspension of both the policemen has now become a topic of discussion in the area.
