Chhatarpur police of Madhya Pradesh has revealed a murder case in which the main accused kept a fast for 11 days in the month of Shravan before killing the youth and the very next day after the fast was over, he killed the youth along with his companions. To avoid anyone getting a clue, they tied the hands and legs of the body and threw it in the river. Then the accused fled from the spot by throwing the bike of the deceased in a nearby well.

When the young man Shivam Mishra (26 years old) could not be traced after the incident, his family filed a missing person complaint at the Civil Lines police station on August 1 at around 9:30 pm. After which the police searched for Shivam Mishra and questioned the concerned persons, the case was revealed in such a way that everyone was shocked to hear it.

Police Captain Agam Jain told in the press conference, enmity between Divyanshu Palia and Shivam Mishra started after talking to a woman. It increased to such an extent that Divyanshu Palia decided to kill Shivam Mishra.

Divyanshu first observed an 11-day fast during the month of Shravan and on the next day of the fast, i.e. on August 1, he along with his friend Rahul Vishwakarma and two others made a plan to murder Shivam Mishra.

Actually, Rahul Vishwakarma has a CCTV camera shop and he called Shivam Mishra to his shop on the pretext of repairing the CCTV camera. All the accused together killed Shivam by beating him at the shop itself. They also made a big plan to ensure that no one gets to know about the incident. dead body in the river

The accused first tied the hands and legs of the dead body with a rope and then took it in their four-wheeler to the bank of Dhasan river and threw the body into the river.

On the other hand, the deceased’s bike was thrown into a well nearby so that no evidence could be found. But the police showed seriousness in the matter and when a detailed investigation was done, the layers of the incident started getting revealed slowly and the police got success within just 48 hours.

The police took the two main accused Divyanshu Palia and Rahul Vishwakarma into custody and questioned them. The names of two other accused have also surfaced. The police is currently investigating them as well.

However, the police arrested the two main accused, revealed the case in a press conference and action was taken to present them in the court.
