Bareilly police of Uttar Pradesh has achieved a great success. The police has arrested a crazy serial killer who murdered 9 women one after the other. In fact, more than half a dozen murders took place in the area within 14 months and these murders were committed in the same pattern. Due to this, there was an atmosphere of terror in the town. The police was also desperately looking for the murderer. Recently, sketches of the suspected murderers were also released. The murderer was caught within 48 hours of that.
It is being told that the name of the accused who did serial killing of 9 women is Kuldeep Gangwar. Kuldeep had started hating women due to his family reasons. Due to this grudge, he was also trying to kill other women. Currently, during police interrogation, he has confessed to committing 6 murders.

It is worth mentioning that there was a stir due to the serial murders in Thana Shahi area of Bareilly district. 9 women were murdered during the last 14 months. All the murders happened in an area of 20 to 25 km and the pattern of all was the same. Dead bodies of middle aged women were lying in the field and their jewellery was missing. Recently, the police had released the sketches of 3 suspects. Along with this, numbers were released and an appeal was made to give information about them immediately.
SSP Anurag Arya, while revealing the serial killing incident, said that the accused Kuldeep Gangwar is a resident of Nawabganj police station area. Kuldeep has been arrested in connection with some murders in the area. The accused has frustration towards women. If they resisted, he used to kill them by strangulating them with a sari. The accused has confessed to 6 incidents. At present, interrogation is being done.
It is known that the age of the women who were murdered was between 45 and 55 years. The pattern of death of all was the same and all the women belonged to rural areas. They were found dead in some deserted area near their farm or house. All of them died by strangulation.
