Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav has said that whoever is accused in the Ayodhya rape case should undergo DNA test and justice should be done. The SP chief said that politics should not be done in this case by just making allegations. He said that whoever is guilty should be given full punishment according to the law. However, BSP chief Mayawati cornered Akhilesh Yadav and asked, “How many such tests have been done in the SP government?
Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav said that if the allegations are proved false after the DNA test, then the government is appealed not to spare the officers. The Samajwadi Party has also demanded in an ex-post that the DNA test of the accused should be done and the punishment should be decided accordingly.

Appeal for help of 20 lakhs to the victim
SP said that the victim should be given financial help of Rs 20 lakh with immediate effect. The party has said that instead of helping the victim, the government is trying to tarnish the image of SP.
The BJP government should find a way of justice by getting DNA tests done of all those who have been accused of misdeeds, rather than politicise it.
The culprit should be given full punishment according to the law, but if the allegations are proved false after the DNA test, then the government officials involved should also not be spared.

Samajwadi Party leader and leader of opposition in UP assembly Mata Prasad Pandey met the victim’s family. He appealed to the state government to take appropriate action in the case and said that the case should be investigated properly and it should be seen how much truth is there in it.
What did Mayawati say?
Bahujan Samaj Party chief Mayawati also gave her reaction on the matter. Mayawati said, “Along with this, amidst the growing concerns about crime control and law and order in UP, especially about women’s safety and harassment, the incidents in Ayodhya and Lucknow etc. are extremely sad and worrying. It would be better if the government takes strict steps to prevent these by rising above caste, community and politics.”
Ayodhya MP Avdhesh Prasad said, “This is a shameful incident. It is a heinous incident and strict legal action should be taken in it. No innocent should be framed and no culprit should be spared. Avshesh Prasad said on his photo with the accused that the public clicks photos with every political person and in Delhi 500 people click photos with me every day. Samajwadi Party stands completely with the victim’s family and we demand that DNA test should also be done and the government should help the victim’s family. This is not a political issue. BJP should not do politics in this”
What is the whole matter?
An incident of alleged rape of a 12-year-old minor girl has come to light in Ayodhya. It is being said that Samajwadi Party leader Moin Khan is also involved in this case. He has been seen with the Ayodhya MP many times. The accused has been arrested. However, it is being alleged that this is a case of gang rape, the video of which was also made by the SP leader.
It is being claimed in the report that Moeed Khan first raped the girl and then recorded the incident. Not only this, it has been claimed in the information received that the accused Moeed Khan is also accompanied by his partner named Raju Khan. According to the allegation, both of them kept gang raping the victim for two and a half months, the matter came to light when she became pregnant.
