Ayodhya gang rape: Victim’s family was threatened by going to the hospital, case filed against SP leaders, bulldozer action also being planned

Preparations are now being made to take bulldozer action against SP leader Moeed Khan, the main accused in the case of raping a minor in Ayodhya. This action can be taken on many properties including Moeed Khan’s bakery. On Friday itself, the Revenue Department had measured the property of the accused and today again the Revenue Department team will reach here. Moeed Khan is also accused of illegally occupying many government lands including ponds and graveyards.

In Ayodhya, a threat of death has been given if there is no settlement in the rape case of a minor. This threat was given to the victim in the hospital. A case has been registered against Samajwadi Party leader and Chairman of Nagar Panchayat Bhadarsa Mohammad Rashid, SP leader Jai Singh Rana and another person for threatening the family for not settling the matter.

It is alleged that these SP leaders went to the hospital to threaten the minor rape victim for not reconciling. It has been stated in the FIR that a case has been registered in Kotwali Nagar against SP leader and Nagar Panchayat Bhadarsa Chairman Mohammad Rashid, SP leader Jai Singh Rana and another. The accused went to the District Women’s Hospital at 11:00 pm and threatened the victim’s family to reconcile.’ Pipri Bharatkund resident Ramsevakdas has filed this case. The victim is currently admitted in the District Women’s Hospital.
