Father’s friend bore the expenses of NEET UG coaching
The financial condition of Ruby Prajapati’s family is not so good. She did her early studies in a government school but her parents did not have money to enroll her in coaching for NEET UG. In such a situation, a friend of Ruby’s father bore the expenses of her 1 year coaching. After that, Ruby passed the NEET exam from private coaching and today she is studying MBBS from Safdarjung Hospital, one of the biggest hospitals in the country.
The death of the younger brother and the illness itself… were no less reasons to become a doctor
There are many reasons for Ruby Prajapati to become a doctor. Actually, 9 years ago, Ruby Prajapati’s younger brother died. He was ill, her mother feels that if he had got good treatment, he might have survived. Her family was poor, so she did not get better treatment. Therefore, Ruby Prajapati’s mother was the first to decide that her daughter should become a doctor. Her mother told her daughter to study with all her heart and soul, the whole family will support you, but after becoming a doctor, if any poor person asks for help from you, then you must help him. Along with this, Ruby Prajapati also wants to become a doctor so that there are good medical facilities in her village.
Ruby Prajapati’s struggle was not only financial but also physical, Ruby Prajapati was suffering from a serious illness. On one hand she was undergoing treatment and on the other hand she was preparing for NEET. In such adverse circumstances, Ruby Prajapati often realized that she was becoming a burden on her family. But in 2018 she recovered completely from this illness. After that she decided that now she has to become a doctor.
Hope did not break even during illness, got success in the 5th attempt
Ruby’s courage also has to be praised, because despite such adverse circumstances, Ruby did not give up. She maintained patience and continued preparing for not one or two attempts of NEET UG, but five attempts. Even after the first four attempts, she did not get a good score. She scored 330 in the first attempt, 472 in the second, 558 in the third and 578 in the fourth attempt. In this, treatment continued along with the examination for 3 years. Despite this, Ruby did not give up and finally in the fifth attempt, she fulfilled her and her family’s dream. In her fifth attempt in 2023, Ruby scored 635 marks in NEET UG.
Today, Ruby has not only fulfilled her family’s dream but is also motivating thousands of youth. Ruby Prajapati is also active on social media and on YouTube she tells students the ways to study for NET preparation. She has 14.9K subscribers on YouTube.
Ruby Prajapati’s family now consists of her parents and an elder brother who is disabled. In such a situation, this daughter of an auto driver has now decided to become a “doctor daughter”. Now she is ready to fulfill her family’s dreams and fly high in the sky.
