Aryan Mishra murder case: Father raises sensational questions, asks- there were 4 people in the car, why did you shoot only one person?

In the Aryan Mishra murder case that took place in Faridabad, adjacent to Delhi, the deceased’s father, Siyanand Mishra, has raised many questions. He says that many people were present in the car with his son, but why was only he shot? Why was there no other casualty? This matter should be investigated seriously. Meanwhile, Aryan’s brother has started a WhatsApp group ‘Nyay’ demanding justice, in which more than a thousand people have joined.

Aryan Mishra, 19, was shot dead on the highway at midnight on August 23. The five men who chased and shot him – Saurabh, Anil, Varun, Krishna and Adesh – were arrested on August 28. Siyanand Mishra said, “I am satisfied with the arrest of the five people. There is nothing left for me in Faridabad. I want to return to my native place. But many questions are still lingering in my mind.”

He says, “Only my landlord’s family can answer these questions. My son was taken to Palwal in a car by Sujata, her son Harshit and Shanky. Shanky was involved in a case of attempted murder and had a dispute with someone. Anil Kaushik told the police that my son was killed because they mistook him for a cow smuggler. If this is true, then who gave the cow protectors the right to shoot anyone?”

Siyanand Mishra said that his son will not return, but this matter should be investigated seriously. According to police sources, the accused claimed that on the night of August 23, they had received information that some suspected animal smugglers in two SUVs were doing recce in the city. They mistook Aryan, Shanky and Harshit as animal smugglers. They chased them for 30 kilometers near Gadhpuri toll on Delhi-Agra National Highway.

When they asked the boys to stop their car, the driver started driving at a high speed. They then opened fire and Aryan Mishra died on the spot near Garhpuri toll in Palwal. Assistant Commissioner of Police (Crime) Aman Yadav said that the police arrested five people on August 28. They have been sent to two-day police custody. Many aspects of this case are still unresolved.
