Aryan Mishra Murder Case: Chase, attack and mockery of the law… This horrifying story of Aryan Mishra’s murder will shock you

Aryan Mishra murder case: So far, many people have been attacked and killed in the name of cow smuggling or cow meat possession. But this time the story is completely different. Some people get the news that some cow smugglers are going in a car. They chase that car. And then they open fire. A student dies in this firing. And when the truth of this incident comes out, everyone is stunned.

24 August 2024, 2 pm, Palwal
Generally, vehicles either stop or slow down at any toll booth. But the picture of Palwal toll booth in Faridabad near Delhi is different. At 2 am on August 24, a speeding red Duster car breaks the barrier of the toll booth and moves ahead at full speed, and behind it, this white Swift car also crosses the toll booth in the same way. Then the employees posted at the toll do not understand this matter completely. They feel that it is a matter of fight or enmity.

This is how Aryan was murdered
But the story of what happens after the next few hours, when it comes out after 5 days, shocks the employees posted at the toll post as well as the entire country. As soon as they move ahead from this toll post, some people shoot Aryan Mishra, a 12th class student sitting in a red Duster car. The bullet was fired from the same white Swift car which was chasing this red Duster car. The first bullet fired from behind breaks the windshield of the Duster and hits Aryan in the neck, but before the rest of the people sitting in the Duster could understand anything, a person gets down from the Swift and reaches the Duster car stopped in the middle of the road due to the jam and Asum shoots Aryan again in the chest from very close range, bleeding from the bullet.

People are stunned, murderer is absconding
At least four to five people were sitting in the Duster car. That means a student sitting in their own car is murdered in front of the eyes of so many people. And no one understands what the matter is. On one hand, all the people present with Aryan are stunned by his murder in front of their eyes, on the other hand the murderers who came in Swift escape after committing the crime and this case of murder of a child remains a mystery.

There were many unresolved questions before
But what is the matter? Who were those killers who came in a Swift car? What enmity could they have with a student studying in 12th standard? And how could someone kill someone so fearlessly after chasing him for several kilometers on the middle of the road? These questions were still unanswered. Anyway, the matter reaches the Faridabad police and the police starts investigating the case.

Aryan had gone out to eat ice cream
It is revealed that that night Aryan Mishra was invited by his landlord to go out with his family to eat ice cream. After this Aryan goes out with the landlord’s sons Harshit, Sankey, their mother and sisters in the same red Duster car to eat ice cream, but as soon as they move a little ahead on the way, a white Swift car starts chasing their car.

Swift was chasing Aryan’s car
The boys in the Swift signal Aryan and his landlord’s family members sitting in the Duster to stop, but Harshit, who is driving the Duster, gets scared of the unknown car following him and signaling him to stop and he speeds up the Duster. But the Swift car now starts chasing the Duster even faster. And finally, when the Duster gets stuck in a traffic jam in the service lane on the way to Palwal, two bullets fired one after the other take Aryan’s life.

Car identification through CCTV
Now since the case is of murder, the Faridabad police started the investigation. After scanning the footage of more than a hundred CCTV cameras, on August 29, the police finally succeeded in identifying the Swift car that fled from the spot and then a man named Anil Kaushik and his four henchmen, who run a cow protection group in Faridabad and the surrounding areas, came under the scanner. But the question is, what enmity did Kaushik and his goons have with innocent Aryan?

ACP avoided talking about Gau Raksha Dal
Faridabad’s ACP Crime Aman Yadav said that accused Anil Kaushik and his henchmen had no enmity with Aryan. In fact, they did not even know the people in the Duster. There was no case of road rage between them, but despite this, they shot Aryan in the misunderstanding of breaking the law. But the point that ACP Sahab ignored in this entire statement is the misunderstanding of the Gau Raksha Dal.

Student was mistaken for a cow smuggler
Whether the police tells it or not, the truth is that Anil Kaushik and his men had a feeling that night that some cow smugglers were going somewhere in that red coloured Duster car. On this suspicion, they chased that car, signaled them to stop and when the Duster did not stop even after this, they intercepted the car and finally killed the school child sitting in it thinking he was a cow smuggler.

Police is avoiding speaking about Gau Raksha Dal
Blessed is the Faridabad police, in front of whose eyes an innocent child was murdered and the same police is not able to gather the courage to openly confess this truth. It is another matter that they must have told the same story to Aryan’s father in a hushed voice.

Aryan’s father raised the question
By the way, another aspect of this story is that a few days ago, Aryan’s landlord’s son Shanky, who was riding in a red Duster, had a fight with some people. In such a situation, Shanky was probably afraid that the same people were chasing him in a white Swift car to attack him. Perhaps that is why Harshit and Shanky increased the speed of the Duster. But whether the earlier fight with Shanky has any connection with Aryan’s murder or not, this is yet to be confirmed. However, Aryan’s father Siyanand Mishra has raised the question that there were many other people in that car, how did the killers target only his son.

In Haryana, the responsibility of law is in the hands of goons!
Now the question is, is the responsibility of maintaining law and order in Faridabad or Haryana handed over to goons? Who can chase anyone anywhere and shoot them if they find them suspicious? Even the police, who actually have the responsibility of protecting law and order, who are in uniform, are not so shameless. In such a situation, if some Gau Raksha Dal people shoot an innocent person on the road thinking him to be a cow smuggler, then questions arise not only on the law and order of the state but also on the integrity and reputation of the police. Now it remains to be seen that how long the police tries to hide this truth and how long and what punishment is given to the criminals guilty of such bloodshed.
