Arshad Nadeem gets showered with prizes in Pakistan
After winning the gold medal, Arshad is being welcomed like a hero in Pakistan. Arshad Nadeem is also getting various kinds of gifts. According to Pakistani media reports, so far more than 30 crore Pakistani rupees (₹9.09 crore) prize money has been announced for Arshad Nadeem. Apart from this, he has also received many gifts.
On 14 August, Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif handed over a cheque of Rs 15 crore (Pakistani Rupees) to Arshad Nadeem. While a few days earlier, Pakistan’s Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz had given a cheque of Rs 10 crore (Pakistani Rupees) to Arshad Nadeem. Along with this, Maryam also handed over a Honda Civic car to Arshad.
