Meanwhile, Arshad Nadeem of Pakistan threw his second throw of 92.97 meters, which has become an Olympic record. With this, Arshad broke the record of Andreas Thorkildsen of Norway. Andreas made this record on 23 August 2008 by throwing the javelin 90.57 meters away in the Beijing Olympics.
