Police in Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir have released sketches of 3 terrorists. It is being told that they are present in the upper areas of Doda. They were involved in the recent terrorist incident in Urar Bagi area of Desa Doda. Jammu and Kashmir Police has also announced a cash reward of Rs 5 lakh for giving information about each terrorist.
A terrorist attack took place in Jammu and Kashmir’s Doda district on July 16, in which a captain and three other army personnel were martyred. The responsibility for this attack was taken by ‘Kashmir Tigers’, a shadow group of Pakistan-backed terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammed. This incident took place during a shootout between security forces and terrorists in Doda Urari Bagi area. Two soldiers were also injured in the firing.

Security forces are conducting search operation in search of terrorists
The terrorist attack in Doda was one of the many terrorist incidents in the Jammu region in recent months. Since the beginning of 2024, several security personnel and terrorists have been killed in about a dozen terrorist attacks in six districts of Jammu province. Search operations are being conducted by the security forces to tackle other terrorists.

Encounter between terrorists and security forces in Kupwara
The constant threat of terrorism in the Jammu and Kashmir region remains a major security concern for the Indian government. On Saturday itself, an encounter took place between security forces and terrorists in Kupwara. In this, one soldier was martyred and four soldiers including a Major rank officer were injured. The soldiers also killed a terrorist. It is being told that he was a part of Pakistan’s Border Action Team, which includes Pakistani Army commandos and terrorists.
