Alwar: Tiger ST-2303 reached Haryana in search of new territory, pugmarks found near Sabi river

Tiger ST 2303, which came out of Sariska Tiger Reserve, has now reached Haryana. The team that tranquilized the tiger is continuously chasing it. This is the second time in seven months that the tiger has reached Haryana. So far, the tiger has attacked 5 people. Due to which there is an atmosphere of fear among the people. The villagers have also locked their animals inside. It is being told that the tiger hides during the day and is visible at night.

Sariska Ranger Shankar Singh said that the tiger’s footprints have been found near Sabi river in Jhabua village on the Haryana border. This shows that this tiger has now entered the Haryana border. Forest department teams are engaged in rescuing the young tiger.

The tiger came out of Sariska on 15th August and first went to Darbarpur village of Mundawar. After that it reached Haryana at night. The tiger is being searched in the fields of Jhabua village. Shankar Singh said that a tiger had also reached Haryana seven months ago. But last time the tiger had gone through a different route.

Tranquilization officer Dr. Arvind Mathur said that the tiger is being searched. It will be tranquilized only when it is completely comfortable. The young tiger is moving at night and hides among the crops during the day. Its speed is also very fast, the tiger is not in a comfortable state yet. According to the NTCA guidelines, the tiger should be tranquilized only after it is in a comfortable state.

This tiger has injured five people so far. The young tiger has not been able to establish any territory yet. That is why it is constantly coming out of the Sariska forest. One tiger of Sariska is in the Jamwaramgarh forest. Let us tell you, Congress leader of opposition Tikaram Julie reached the hospital to meet the injured people after the tiger attack. He met the injured and enquired about their condition and assured them of better health facilities.
