Akshay’s new film with Comeback King director
Bollywood’s original action hero Akshay is now going to work on a film with ‘Pathan’ maker Siddharth Anand. According to a report by Pinkvilla, Siddharth has joined hands with Akshay Kumar as a producer for a film. This film is going to be directed by Milan Luthria who has made films like ‘Once Upon a Time in Mumbai’ and ‘The Dirty Picture’.
The source was quoted as saying, ‘Sidharth has brought together the writer-director duo of Milan Luthria and Rajat Arora to develop an action film that will be in the genre of a vigilante film. When the script was locked, the trio unanimously felt that Akshay Kumar would be a perfect fit for the film. And after hearing the script, Akshay too felt that such a film would be perfect for him at this stage of his career.’
Akshay is going to do a completely new style of action
It is said that Akshay is very excited to explore a new zone of action under the supervision of Siddharth Anand, who is currently the best filmmaker in Bollywood when it comes to action. Milan Luthria’s film will bring him in an avatar that he has never played on screen before and it will do justice to the legacy he has created in action.
Talking about Akshay, despite giving several flop films in a row, he has a line of projects. He will soon be seen in films like ‘Jolly LLB 3’, ‘Welcome 3’ and ‘Housefull 5’.
