Akhilesh and Sanjay Raut reached to support Jagan Mohan Reddy, will YSRCP become a part of INDIA alliance?

Jagan Mohan Reddy, Former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and YSR Congress Party President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Wednesday protested at Jantar Mantar in Delhi. He accused the newly elected TDP government of spreading violence in the state and YSRCP Jagan Reddy accused the party of targeting its workers. Today they are in power in the state. Yesterday we were in power. Tomorrow we may come to power again, but we have never supported such behaviour. He said, after the formation of the new government in Andhra Pradesh, the law and order situation is deteriorating and more than 30 people have been killed in 45 days.

This protest by Jagan Mohan Reddy also got full support from the opposition India Alliance. Many opposition leaders were seen in this protest with Jagan Reddy and attacked the central government. After this, speculations have started whether YSRCP is also going to be a part of India Alliance. Let us tell you, YSRCP has 4 MPs in Lok Sabha and 11 MPs in Rajya Sabha.

Many leaders of the NDA alliance attended this protest against the TDP government of Andhra Pradesh. The biggest name among them is Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav, who was seen sitting with Jagan Reddy. Apart from this, Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut, SP MP Ram Gopal Yadav, Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Priyanka Chaturvedi, Arvind Sawant also reached Jantar Mantar in support of Jagan Mohan Reddy.

First visit to Delhi after losing the assembly elections

This is YSRCP chief Jagan Mohan Reddy’s first visit to Delhi after his defeat in the Andhra Pradesh assembly elections. During the protest, Jagan Reddy said, “Yesterday we were in power, but we never promoted such behaviour. We never promoted attacks and damage to properties. Today, the situation is different in Andhra Pradesh.” He said, “We stand before this country in Delhi and we question whether democracy prevails in Andhra Pradesh or not. Within 45 days of the TDP government coming to power, more than 30 people have been killed and attacks are taking place. Many properties have been damaged.”
