The advance booking of a film in national chains tells the condition of the film at the box office. According to trade reports, the advance booking figure for ‘Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha’ in national chains till Thursday evening was only 7 thousand. This figure is at the level of the biggest flop films after the lockdown. Akshay Kumar’s ‘Selfie’, ‘Mission Raniganj’ and Tiger Shroff’s ‘Ganpat’ are some such films whose advance booking in national chains was below 8 thousand. Everyone knows what was the condition of these films.
According to Saccanilk’s report, not even 30 thousand tickets have been booked in advance for ‘Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha’. With around 27 thousand tickets booked, Ajay’s film has made an advance gross collection of less than 50 lakhs.
Ajay is going to make an unwanted record on the first day
Ajay’s film ‘Runway 34’, which came in 2022, had an opening collection of Rs 3 crore. Many people said that the film’s earnings were poor due to coming just after the third wave of Covid. In about 15 years, even Ajay’s flop films have not got an opening of less than Rs 3 crore.
Ajay’s last time was with ‘All the Best’ which got an opening of less than 3 crores. But this was the time when it was a box office success with an opening of 1.82 crores.
The reviews of ‘Auron Mein Kahaan Dum Tha’ are very negative and there is almost no discussion about the film among the audience. It would not be wrong to say that many people are not even aware that such a film of Ajay and Tabu is being released. Therefore, it cannot be believed that the support of the audience will save ‘Auron Mein Kahaan Dum Tha’ despite poor advance booking. It is expected that Ajay and Tabu’s film will fail at the box office between 2 to 3 crores on the first day.
