On Monday, the first trading day of the week, amid the rise in the stock market, the shares of the Adani Group led by billionaire Gautam Adani saw a strong rise. At the close of the market, all the 10 Adani stocks listed in the market closed in the green and the biggest rise came in the shares of Adani Power and Adani Green.
Sensex-Nifty closed with gains
First of all, let us talk about the stock market, so let us tell you that both its index Sensex-Nifty opened at a new all-time high level with tremendous momentum and traded in the green mark throughout the day. The 30-share BSE Sensex opened at a high of 82725.28 with a strong jump compared to its previous close of 82365.77, although its pace slowed down a bit by the time the market closed, but despite this, the Sensex closed at the level of 82,559.84, gaining 194 points. Meanwhile, NSE Nifty closed at the level of 25,278.70, jumping 43 points after opening at a high level of 25,333.60.
These two shares of Adani jumped a lot
Amid the rise in Sensex-Nifty, the shares of Adani Group listed in the stock market also ran at a fast pace and all 10 stocks closed in the green zone. Meanwhile, the highest rise was seen in the shares of Adani Green and Adani Power. Adani Green Share opened at Rs 1839.10 and went up to the level of Rs 1960. However, in the end it closed at Rs 1935, up 5.27 percent. Amid the rise in the stock, the market cap of the company also jumped to Rs 3.08 lakh crore.
Adani Power Share also closed with a stormy rise. This Adani stock started trading at Rs 635 and during trading it reached the level of Rs 684. At the close of trading in the market, it closed at Rs 669 with a gain of 5.85 percent. The market capitalization of Adani Power increased to Rs 2.59 lakh crore.
These shares also did strong business
Looking at the performance of other market-listed Adani shares on Monday, Adani Energy Solutions shares jumped 2.93 per cent to Rs 1036.90, while Adani Wilmar Stock rose 3.87 per cent to close at Rs 376. Adani Total Gas shares rose 1.76 per cent and closed at Rs 844.95.
Apart from this, Adani Enterprises (0.65%), Adani Ports (0.85%) closed with gains. On the other hand, ACC Share (0..30%), Ambuja Cement Share (0.33%), which are among Gautam Adani’s cement companies, closed with gains. His company NDTV Share, listed in the stock market, also closed at Rs 202.70 with a jump of 0.50 percent.
