A student living in the New CV Raman Hostel of Indore’s Devi Ahilya University used to scare fellow students at night by disguising herself as a witch. After a complaint and investigation into the matter, the university management has expelled her from the hostel. Also, they have now decided not to give her a room.
Devi Ahilya University’s Vice Chancellor Dr. Renu Jain said, a student used to run around the hostel at night with her hair open and making different kinds of sounds. Due to this, other students were very scared.
The matter was complained to the university management. Then the matter was placed before the Proctorial Board. Then taking cognizance of the complaints of the complaining students, the concerned student was accommodated in another guest house and was allowed to appear for the exams.
