The Home Ministry has constituted a committee to investigate the incident in the basement library of Rouse IAS Coaching Centre in Old Rajendra Nagar, Delhi. The committee will investigate the causes of the incident, fix responsibility, suggest measures and recommend policy changes.
The committee formed will include several key officials including Additional Secretary of the Home Ministry, Principal Secretary of the Home Department of the Delhi Government, Special Commissioner of Delhi Police, Fire Advisor and a Joint Secretary of the Home Ministry, who will work as the convener.
