The young man is accused of being caught molesting a student. After this, people tied him to a tree and beat him. The young man was immediately admitted to the hospital, where he is undergoing treatment.
The case is of Ramprasad Kheda village of Bihar police station area. The villagers here tied a young man to a tree and beat him on the charge of molesting a student and made a video of it and made it viral. The viral video is said to be of 6 August. The young man who has been beaten in the video is a resident of Jaspara village of Bihar police station area. The villagers allege that when the student was returning home from school, a young man named Himanshu, who was going on a bicycle near the village, molested her and used abusive language.

After this, the villagers caught the young man and took him to their village. Then they tied him to a tree and beat him. Meanwhile, the injured youth admitted in the hospital says that he was going home after buying medicine to be applied in the fields from Bhagwant Nagar market. Then some people from Ramprasad Kheda caught him and took him to the village and tied him to a tree. Then they beat him with kicks, punches, slippers and helmet.
Police accused of not taking action
When the victim complained about this in the police station, the people who beat him also reached the police station with a girl and started accusing him of molestation. The young man says that a case has been registered on his complaint. But, no action has been taken against the accused.
Police said this in the case
CO Rishikant Shukla said that on August 6, in a video viral on social media, it was seen that some people were beating a young man after holding him hostage. When the video was investigated, it was found that this video is an incident of village Jaspara police station Bihar. In this regard, a case has been registered against both the parties under relevant sections. The youth who molested has been arrested and action has been taken. Also, appropriate action is being taken against the youths who beat him.
