A young man got stuck in a lift at Pakur railway station in Jharkhand. The lift stopped working due to a power cut and he could come out after about 40 minutes. He was going to give the JPSC exam, but he missed his train due to being stuck in the lift and could not give the exam. He called his father from inside the lift and informed him about this, but by the time he reached the railway station and got the lift opened, the train had already left.

According to media reports, Rakesh Mandal (22), a resident of Chhoti Aliganj in Pakur, was going to take the JPSC exam. Rakesh had to go to Ranchi by Vananchal Express. To catch the train, he used one platform to another, but in the middle of the journey, the power went out and the lift stopped working, due to which Rakesh got stuck in the lift.

Rakesh told his father about this and when his father reached the station, the station master’s office was also closed. No one was found in GRP either. Meanwhile, the train left Pakur station. After a lot of running around by his father, a railway employee opened the lift, after which Rakesh could come out.

When Rakesh was stuck in the lift, he also made a video. In the video that has surfaced, he is telling that he is stuck in the lift and his father has been wandering around the station for help for about half an hour, but is not getting any help from the railway employees. Rakesh also showed the darkness inside the lift in his video.
