Police is searching for the accused
On receiving the information, the Konanakunte police immediately took action and visited the spot and collected information from the local people. At present, the police have registered a case and started searching for the accused.

Giving information about the incident, DCP South, Lokesh Jaglasar said that a case of harassment of a woman has come to light. The woman has lodged a complaint regarding this. On the basis of the complaint, a case has been registered at Konanakunte Police Station. The accused has not been traced yet.

Cases have been registered against the accused under sections 76, 78, 79 (molestation, stalking and stripping, sexual harassment). The police are conducting a search operation to arrest the accused as soon as possible. He will be arrested soon.
DCP South, Lokesh Jaglasar said that this matter is being taken very seriously. Safety of women is our top priority. A case has been registered in this regard and soon the accused will be caught and legal action will be taken against him. In order to prevent such incidents of molestation, police patrolling will be done in those areas where there is a need for increased police patrolling.
