A woman was molested on the skywalk in Mumbai, the accused was beaten up by the crowd

A sensational case of molestation of a woman has come to light at Sky Walk in Kurla, Mumbai. After this incident came to light, people caught the accused and beat him up badly. On receiving the information, the police reached the spot and admitted the accused in a hospital in an injured condition, where he is undergoing treatment. The police is investigating this case.

According to the information, this incident happened on Tuesday night at around 8.30 pm. After getting down at the suburban Chunabhatti railway station, the woman was going towards LBS Road from the skywalk. Then in the dark, a man caught her from behind. He said that she is his wife. After this, the woman started shouting, but he caught her hair and tried to pull her towards himself.

A police officer said that after this incident, some passersby beat up the accused. He has been admitted to the hospital in an injured condition. After he recovers, the police will take action to arrest him. The accused has been identified as Ganesh Prasad (42), a resident of Khar. A case has been registered against him under Section 74 of the Indian Penal Code.

Let us tell you that there are continuous protests in Maharashtra against the crimes against women. A case of sexual abuse of two girls in a school was reported in Badlapur of Thane district. After this, people blocked the Badlapur railway station. After the fierce protests of the people in this case, the government came into action and took rapid action.

Similarly, an incident of molestation of two minor girls has come to light in Navi Mumbai. Both of them were going to a stationery shop for some work. Meanwhile, a man stopped them on the way and started molesting them. The ages of both the girls are 10 and 11 years. Both of them went home and complained about it. The father of one of the victim girls has filed a case at the police station.

After this, the police registered a case against the accused under POCSO and Indian Justice Code. The accused has been identified as Sanjay Gaikwad. He is 48 years old. He stopped the two girls walking on the road at around 8 pm on Tuesday night and molested them. People are angry with the incident of molesting the girls while they were walking on the road.
