A heart-wrenching video has emerged from Kanpur Dehat in Uttar Pradesh. A UP Roadways bus coming from the wrong side ran over a toll worker, killing him on the spot. The police, who arrived on the scene, took the body into custody and sent it for post-mortem. The police have registered an FIR in the case and are searching for the accused driver.

The incident is from Akbarpur police station area of ​​Kanpur countryside. Here, the toll worker was going from the right side at Bara Jod toll plaza. During this, a bus going from Jhansi to Kanpur from the wrong side crushed the toll worker. This incident was captured in the CCTV installed at the spot. At the same time, the driver fled from the spot after the accident. The police reached the spot and took the bus in their possession and started searching for the driver.

‘There was a dispute earlier regarding toll transactions’

Let us tell you that a few months ago on 21 February, some rowdy youths hit toll workers with their car on Delhi-Lucknow Highway NH-91 at Chhijarsi toll plaza located in Pilkhuwa Kotwali area. A video of the rowdy youths hitting the toll workers with their car also surfaced. It was told that at the toll plaza, there was a dispute between two youths in a car and the toll plaza workers regarding toll transaction.

Then the dispute escalated so much that the youth in the car hit the toll workers and fled. During this, four toll workers were injured. A complaint was filed by the injured toll plaza workers against the unknown car drivers in Pilkhuwa police station. In this case, Hapur SP Abhishek Verma had said that a complaint has been received from the toll workers, the matter is being investigated.
