remember these dates

This special rule of DDA
Under the ‘First Come First Serve’ scheme, neither the registration amount nor the booking amount will be refunded to the customers, so before registration, visit the site and see the flat. For this, DDA has provided a helpline number. First of all, you have to go to the place where you want to buy the flat, you will find a DDA employee at the flat address, who will give you complete information related to the flat. Check everything, that is, be satisfied after seeing the flat, then register, so that you do not have to regret later.

After registration, the booking window will open from September 10, try to book first, i.e. pay the booking amount, and then the flat will be yours. Another important thing is that when you go to see DDA flats, see many flats at once, and note down their numbers, so that during booking, if any of the flats you see is not available, you can immediately choose another one. Because many people will want to buy a flat at the same time. You will find the addresses of all the flats here.

DDA clearly says that the flat will be shown to the customer before booking. When the customer likes the house, then the process of registration will start. Let us tell you, Delhi Development Authority (DDA) had approved these three housing schemes this month. In the first two of these housing schemes, the allotment of flats will be on the basis of ‘first come first serve’, while there will be e-auction for one scheme.
