A major plane accident took place in Brazil last Friday. A plane carrying 62 people crashed near Sao Paulo, Brazil and all the people on board died. Brazilian regional airline Voepas gave this information in a statement. The plane crashed in Vinhedo in Sao Paulo state and reportedly fell in a residential area.
Officials said that a house was damaged during this time. However, no one present in it was injured. Now a video of this incident is rapidly going viral on social media which is terrifying. In this video taken from a distance, the plane is seen falling from the sky as if it is a toy or a cut kite.
The ATR-72 plane operated by airline Vopas Linhas Aereas was flying from Cascavel in Parana state to Guarulhos in Sao Paulo. Sao Paulo’s state fire brigade confirmed on social media that a plane had crashed in Vinhedo and sent seven crews to the crash area.

Airline Vopas confirmed in a statement that a plane flying to Sao Paulo’s international airport Guarulhos crashed, carrying 58 passengers and 4 crew members. The statement did not say what caused the accident.
In addition to the latest video, Brazilian television network GloboNews showed footage of a fire in a residential area and smoke coming out of a part of the plane. Footage on GloboNews showed a plane rapidly falling down. In the video, the plane is seen falling into an area with trees. After this a cloud of smoke rose. At an event in southern Brazil, President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva expressed sorrow over the accident and asked the people present there to stand and observe a minute of silence.
