A shocking picture emerged in the Rajasthan Assembly on Friday. During the Question Hour in the budget session here, senior Congress leader and Kota North MLA Shanti Kumar Dhariwal allegedly used unparliamentary words while talking to the Speaker. Not only this, it is alleged that he repeatedly used abusive language while speaking. He also used abusive language for government employees and officials.
Actually, when Shanti Dhariwal was speaking, the Chairman Sandeep Sharma, MLA from Kota South, was on the chair. He asked Shanti Dhariwal to finish his speech citing time. On this, Dhariwal asked him for 5 more minutes. But the Chairman expressed his inability saying that the list of members who were to speak today is long. On this, Shanti Dhariwal used abusive language.

Dhariwal said to Chairman Sandeep Sharma, “You are from Kota. Do you want to stay in Kota or not?” During this, he also used abusive language. However, Shanti Dhariwal and Chairman Sandeep Sharma were seen smiling and talking to each other. But apart from this, when Shanti Dhariwal was giving his statement in the House, he also used abusive language. The BJP MLA accused the Congress of issuing fake leases during the rule. Retaliating to this, Dhariwal used abusive language. He said that those who have done the wrong thing should be caught and suspended.
There was a heated debate between Jhabar Singh and Dhariwal
Earlier during the debate, a heated argument took place between UDH Minister Jhabar Singh Kharra and Dhariwal. Both the MLAs were face to face on the issue of missing land files. Countering Dhariwal’s words, Jhabar Singh Kharra said that the land for land files of your tenure have disappeared. On this, the Congress MLA said that catch them, who has forbidden you. You have SOG and ACB. Has any file been lost or not? If you take action, the truth will come out. Dhariwal did not stop here. He further said that you have been saying for many months that the file has been lost, then what is the government doing.

On the allegation of fake leases being made in the previous Congress government, Shanti Dhariwal said that if someone gets a lease by giving wrong facts, then there is a right to cancel his lease. We have given you the right by making an Act. The government has the right to cancel the lease. Dismiss the officers who make mistakes. Take action.
