In Unnao, Uttar Pradesh, the body of a woman and her five-year-old child was found hanging from a fan. After this incident, there was a stir in the area. As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot, took the body in custody and sent it for post-mortem and started investigating the case. The deceased’s parents have accused the in-laws of murdering her and hanging the body. It is being told that daughter-in-law Shanti took this step after a dispute with her mother-in-law.
This incident happened in Malav village of Ajgain police station area. The body of 30-year-old Shanti and her five-year-old son was found hanging from a noose at home. After this incident, there is panic in the area. The deceased was married to a young man named Deshraj seven years ago. A few days after the marriage, he went to Mumbai to work. He came home five months ago. There is a discussion in the village that Deshraj’s daughter-in-law used to refuse to serve his mother due to her old age. There was a dispute in the family regarding this matter.

The deceased’s mother Ruchi alleges that her son-in-law Deshraj used to harass her for dowry every day. Apart from this, the mother said that the daughter had called at night and told that her husband had beaten her. When we reached there in the morning, we found the bodies of the daughter and the grandson. The bodies of both were hanging from the noose.
Police registered a complaint and started investigating the matter
On this matter, CO Hasanganj Santosh Singh said that Deshraj’s wife committed suicide by hanging herself along with her son. The bodies have been sent for postmortem and investigation has been started, further action will be taken accordingly.
