In Ghaziabad, UP, two pet dogs risked their lives to save their owner. Both the dogs attacked the attackers to save the mother and daughter. During this, the attackers stabbed the dogs with knives and left them half dead. Later, the owner took the bleeding dogs to the veterinary hospital, where doctors treated them. The victim’s side has complained to the police.

According to the FIR lodged in the case, the incident took place on Tuesday at the house of Sundar Singh of Khoda Colony when the neighbours allegedly threatened, abused and then attacked his wife and two daughters. Then the pet dogs named Taru and Buzo confronted the attackers and started biting them. In return, the attackers stabbed the dogs several times with knives, in which both the dogs were badly injured. However, in the midst of all this, the attacking neighbours ran away.

The complainant told the news agency that Taru and Buzo were street dogs earlier, but the family later adopted them. Since then both the dogs are living in the house. Daughter Poonam takes care of the street dogs. The neighbours used to object to this. There were frequent arguments. Last night the neighbours came armed and attacked the family. There were three people in the house then. Luckily the pet dogs chased them away.
