In Uttar Pradesh’s Deoria district, a young man brutally murdered his friend. The murder was done with such brutality that any soul would shudder at the sight of it. The young man first slit his friend’s throat and then ripped open his stomach. The body of the deceased was found in a mutilated condition. It is being told that the deceased was having an affair with the young man’s sister. This was the talk of the town. He was not agreeing even after being refused many times. In this grudge, the young man killed his sister’s lover.
Let us tell you that the accused and the deceased belong to the same community. On the night of 21st July, Anas called Aqib. First he tried to convince him but when Aqib did not listen, Anas stabbed him in the neck with a knife, then slit Anas’ throat. And finally ripped open his stomach.
After committing this heinous crime of murder, Anas was absconding. Police arrested him on 24th July. The knife used in the murder has also been recovered. Regarding this incident, the deceased’s brother Shakib says that the sensational incident took place just three hundred meters away from the house and no sound was heard. It is suspected that no one can commit such an incident alone. There are other people involved in this, who are being saved.

It is noteworthy that Aqib Ahmed (22), a resident of a village in Salempur Kotwali area, was brutally murdered on the night of July 21. On receiving the information of the incident, Salempur Kotwali police reached the spot, identified the body and sent it for postmortem. After this, on the complaint of the deceased’s father, a case of murder was registered against unknown persons and investigation was started. It was found that the deceased was having an affair with a girl from the same village. Since the incident, the girl’s brother was also missing from the village. When the police started investigating this, the needle of suspicion fell on the girl’s brother.
When the police took the girl’s brother Anas into custody and strictly interrogated him, he confessed to the murder. He said that earlier he was just acquainted with Aaqib but later they became friends. Meanwhile, he came to know that Aaqib resembled his sister. He had seen them together many times. He had also protested against it. But Aaqib did not listen.
However, Anas did not express his anger on Aaqib. In such a situation, when he saw Aaqib with his sister on the 21st, he decided to kill him. At night, he called Aaqib outside the village and tried to convince him. But Aaqib kept saying that he loves his sister. On this, Anas first attacked the neck with a knife and when he fell, he slit his throat. When Aaqib fell on the ground, he ripped open his stomach and fled from the spot with his mobile.
Salempur police station in-charge Umesh Bajpai said that the murder took place due to a love affair. The accused was arrested on Wednesday from near the Dhirgheshwarnath temple in Majhauliraj. On the basis of the accused’s information, the knife, the deceased’s mobile and a blood-stained cloth have been recovered. The murder accused is being sent to jail.
