VIDEO: Congress workers create ruckus in Patna, police chased and beat them

Youth Congress workers held a strong protest in Bihar’s capital Patna on the issues of special state status and unemployment. During this, there was a clash between the police and the protesters, after which the police used lathicharge and water cannon. The protesters were trying to surround the assembly, but the police stopped them.
