The sensitivity of the collector in Betul, Madhya Pradesh is being discussed. The District Magistrate sent two poor girls in his car along with the officials to get the transfer certificate. The school management was not giving TC to both the girls because the fees were pending.
Palak Thakur and Pari Thakur were studying in 7th and 8th class in the private school Good Shepherd located in Shahpur, Betul. Pari and Palak wanted to leave this school and study in another school and they also got admission there. When these two girls went to the private school to get TC, they were turned away empty handed. It is said that these two children had 70000 rupees of fees pending due to which they were not being given TC.
They got tired of visiting the school again and again for TC. The girls went to the public hearing on Tuesday and submitted an application to Collector Narendra Kumar Suryavanshi and explained their problem.

After listening to the problem of the children, the collector immediately sent these girls along with Assistant Commissioner of Tribal Development Department Shilpa Jain to Shahpur 38 km away in her car. The girls and their family were happy with this sensitivity of Collector Narendra Kumar Suryavanshi. The girls thanked the collector. It is being told that the family of these girls was not able to pay the fees and was busy arranging the fees. However, now their fees have been waived off.
